Payment of the Stay
- A deposit of 50% of the total price is due within 10 days of booking by bank transfer.
- The balance is due immediately upon arrival at the guesthouse.
Cancellation Terms
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the stay, without stating a reason. Cancellation is possible exclusively in writing or electronically. The customer is required to pay the following cancellation fees.
30–40 days20% of the deposit 19–29 days50% of the deposit 11–18 days70% of the deposit 10–0 days100% of the deposit- These cancellation terms apply to the cancellation of accommodation services reserved between the customer and the accommodation provider (the guesthouse operator).
- A deposit must be paid by bank transfer to reserve a stay. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit has been credited to the account. The balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
- In the event of an early termination or interruption of the stay through no fault of the accommodation provider, the provider is not obliged to refund the customer the price paid for the stay or any proportional part thereof.
- In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (a death in the family, serious illness or natural disaster), no cancellation fee will be charged. The customer must provide the accommodation provider with written proof of the circumstances stated above.
- In the event of cancellation for other reasons, the date may be changed by mutual agreement.
