Accommodation Rules

These accommodation rules are binding for all staying guests. By accepting the key or beginning their stay, guests confirm that they have read these rules and will comply with them.

1. These accommodation rules apply to all guests staying at the U Moravských rytířů guesthouse. By accepting the room key or staying at the guesthouse, the guest agrees to these rules and undertakes to comply with them.
2. The guesthouse will accommodate only guests who register properly, i.e. who immediately upon arrival present the property manager with their national ID card, passport or other valid identity document.
3. Based on the accommodation booking, the accommodation provider is obliged to hold the room until 6:00 p.m. This period may be extended by individual agreement with the client.
4. The guest uses the guesthouse room on the basis of a booking or individual arrangement. If the accommodation period has not been agreed in advance, the guest is entitled to use the rented room no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day on which they vacate it, and no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the day from which the room is reserved.
5. A guest who checks in before 6:00 a.m. is required to pay the accommodation price for the entire preceding night. A guest who does not vacate the room at the designated time is required to pay for the following night.
6. The guesthouse accepts no liability for loss of or damage to property caused by the guest’s own carelessness or negligence, including items left outside the designated areas. Guests are responsible for jewellery, money and other valuables.
7. In the room or shared areas of the guesthouse, guests may not move furnishings, carry out repairs, interfere with the electrical or water installations, or adjust the heating controls without the consent of the property manager. Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the guesthouse property.
8. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
9. When leaving the room, guests must turn off the taps, switch off the lights and appliances, and close the windows and doors. Any defects discovered in the room must be reported to the property manager immediately.
10. If a guest returns the room with missing or damaged equipment, they undertake to pay the full amount of the resulting damage.
11. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 for the entire property is payable upon arrival.

Important: Guests must comply with the provisions of these rules. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation facility’s management has the right to terminate the accommodation services agreement before the agreed end date.

These accommodation rules have been effective since 16 May 2021.
