These terms govern the booking of a stay at Ubytování nad sklepem, operated by Omenes delta s.r.o.

2. Booking Confirmation
Submitting the booking form constitutes a booking request. The booking becomes binding once confirmed by the operator. The guest will receive information about changes to the booking status by e-mail and, where applicable, in the client area.
3. Price and Payment for the Stay
The price of the stay is based on the dates, length of stay, number of guests and currently applicable pricing rules. Payment details, the amount due and, where applicable, a QR code are provided with the specific confirmed booking. Before making a payment, the guest must check the amount, bank account and variable symbol.
4. Cancellation of the Booking
A booking may be cancelled in writing or electronically. Any cancellation fee is governed by the cancellation terms applicable to the relevant dates.
5. Early Termination of the Stay
If the stay is terminated or interrupted early for reasons not attributable to the operator, the guest is not automatically entitled to a refund of the amount already paid or any proportional part thereof.
6. Extraordinary Situations
In justified extraordinary circumstances, the operator may make an individual decision in agreement with the guest, for example by allowing the dates to be changed. Any such agreement must be confirmed by the operator.
